What size are your frames?

All frames measure 13.5cm wide, 13.5cm high, and 9cm deep. They are ideal for displaying on bookshelves, desks, or even up on the wall.

What are your frames made from?

Our frames are made from certified renewable timber, and then painted white.
Our ditties range from ceramic options like the hearts, wedding cake, and white cross...to painted wooden and resin toys like the rocking horse and teddy bears.

Is there glass at the front of your frames?

Unlike most other frames, ours are open at the front, with a glass covered background.

Are the ditties stuck to the back of the frame?

All of our ditties or messages are suspended from the rear of the frame by wire, creating a truly three-dimensional effect.

Are the messages engraved by machine on the metal panels?

No! We will leave those cheap tricks up to the factories overseas. We hand stamp every letter, making sure we never compromise quality for our customers.

I am purchasing as a gift, how will I know what my frame will look like?

Before packaging your frames, we photograph each one and email you the picture prior to shipping.

Can you speed up shipping for a deadline?

Refer to the ‘Shipping’ page for indicative shipping timeframes. If you require an express or courier delivery we are able to upgrade your order for an additional charge. Please note this requirement in an email and we will contact you with the additional charge and estimated delivery time.

I have forgotten my username and/or password

That’s fine…. Just email us your details (name and address are all we need) and we will email you as soon as possible with your username and password so that you can resume shopping.

Can you make frames for any occasion?

Yes we can. Although we specialize in Wedding, Christening, Baby and Corporate frames, you can personalize your gift for any occasion you like. Let your imagination run wild!
